Parts of the new health care law, known as the Affordable Care Act, have already taken effect but full implementation is only months away as States start enrolling people in insurance plans October 1. This leaves businesses little time to plan and meet the mandates taking effect January 1, 2014.
As an NTMA member, you are invited to attend a webinar on the Affordable Care Act and what it means to your company and employees. The Association’s lobbyists in Washington, The Franklin Partnership, are active on health care issues working with the Small Businesses for Affordable Health Care led by the National Federation for Independent Businesses (NFIB). This is your chance to hear directly from Washington about the health care law.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with log-in details. A reminder e-mail will also be sent the morning of the webinar.
Presenters: Kevin Kuhlman, Manager Legislative Affairs, National Federation of Independent Businesses / Small Business for Affordable Health Care Coalition
