NTMA Featured in USA Today Story on Shortage of Tool & Die Makers

NTMA member Ron Overton of Overton Industries, Mooresville, IN, and NTMA president Dave Tilstone were featured in an April 18th USA Today article about the need for skilled workers.  Ron and Dave highlighted the challenges faced by tool and die makers in finding skilled workers and warned that companies may not have a large enough workforce to support the return of more manufacturing to the United States.  Read the full article.
