Question - Why am I having trouble logging into the NTMA website?

Answer - The NTMA website has content available to registered visitors and to members only. Your information needs to be in our system showing you as a registered visitor or member to access those parts of the site.

Question - I logged into the website before, but I cannot remember my password. What can I do?

Answer - Click on "Website Registration" from the Contact Us menu and follow the on screen directions, making sure you enter your email correctly. If you receive the error message: "E-mail address not found in database. Please enter a valid email address or contact us for assistance." please call NTMA at 1-800-248-6862 or send an email to info@ntma.org

Question - I am an NTMA member and I would like to enter my company’s capabilities into the database. How can I do that?

Answer - This feature is available to NTMA members only. As a member, you must first be logged into the website. Once logged in, choose "My Company Profile" from the Membership / MyNTMA pull-down. Once at the Company Profile page, simply click the "Add Capability" button located towards the bottom of that page.

Question - I am logged into the website and am at my member information page, but I do not see the Company Profile link. Why is that?

Answer - For security reasons, the Organization Information page is only available for two member relationship types: First Principle and Company Information Manager.
