The National Tooling and Machining Foundation, Inc. (Foundation), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is a privately funded endeavor addressing the critical shortage of skilled employees for the Precision Custom Manufacturing Industry. The Foundation’s leadership is a group of investors, whose expertise is identifying, developing and implementing workforce development programs.
The Foundation contributes to North American Precision Custom Manufacturers by seeking flexible and reliable sources of funding to support high-quality education, technical training and leadership development for future generations of professionals in manufacturing technology.
